The seller offers sales of household appliances, including the Thermomix® TM7, and is an official distributor in Denmark. Delivery is offered throughout Denmark.
Orders are placed via the website. The contract is binding and final when the order confirmation is received in writing (via e-mail). The seller processes orders in the order they are received (« first come first served »).
Prices are stated on the website and are stated in Danish kroner including Danish VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made via the methods approved on the website or via invoice, if this form of payment is chosen.
Delivery time is typical 14 to 21 days, depending on the Buyer's location, inventory and the sequence of orders. The risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the specified address.
As a consumer, the Buyer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercising his right of withdrawal.To do this, the Buyer must send an email with order details to reklamation@thermomix-tm7.dk and return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of errors or problems covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the warranty conditions apply in accordance with applicable Danish and European legislation as well as the manufacturer's own conditions.For assistance or complaints: reklamation@thermomix-tm7.dk.
The seller is liable for defects according to the purchase law for a period of 24 months from delivery. The seller's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product and does not include indirect losses, operating losses or consequential damages.
The Seller is not responsible for delays or deficiencies caused by circumstances beyond the Seller's control, including strike, lockout, fire, natural disasters, transportation problems, or unusual storage or delivery situations.
Danish law applies to these terms and the contract between the parties. Any dispute shall be settled by the Danish courts having jurisdiction over the Buyer's place of residence.
The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be published on the website and will apply to subsequent orders.
